Find Out If Automation Is
Right For Your Business.

You don't need to know exactly what you want. You just need 30 minutes and an honest description of how your operation currently runs.

We'll do the rest. We'll tell you what's worth automating, what it would cost, and whether we're the right fit to build it.

// What happens on the call

0–5 min
Quick context
Tell us about your business — what you do, how big your team is, what your day looks like.
5–20 min
Where the time goes
Walk us through the tasks your team does repeatedly. We're listening for the patterns that signal automation opportunity.
20–25 min
Honest assessment
We tell you what we heard, what we think is automatable, and whether the ROI math makes sense for your situation.
25–30 min
Next steps — if any
If it's a fit, we explain what a paid audit involves and what it would cost. If it's not, we tell you that and you walk away with a clear answer.

Either Way,
You'll Know.

// If it's a fit
A Clear Path Forward
You'll understand exactly what we'd automate, roughly what it would cost, and what the ROI case looks like. No vague proposals. No "we'll get back to you with a quote." A real answer by the end of the call.
// If it's not a fit
An Honest Answer
If your operation doesn't have a strong automation ROI case, we'll tell you on the call. You won't get a soft pitch for a project that won't pay for itself. You'll walk away with 30 minutes spent and a clear answer either way.
// If you need to think about it
No Pressure, No Follow-Up Harassment
If the timing isn't right, we're not going to drip-email you for six months. When you're ready, you know where to find us. Several clients booked a call, thought about it for 6 months, and came back. That's fine.

Worth 30
Minutes If…

The discovery call is designed for business owners who have a sense that something could be more efficient — but don't know exactly what, or whether the investment makes sense.

If that's you, it's worth 30 minutes. You'll know more leaving the call than you do right now.

If you already know exactly what you want to automate and have a clear tool stack in mind, you can skip straight to the paid discovery audit. Reach out and describe what you have — we'll tell you whether we can scope it directly.

// Good fit for this call
You know you're losing time but aren't sure where to start
You've thought about automation but don't know what it costs
You tried automation before and it broke — you want a better approach
You're growing and your back-office isn't keeping up
You want to talk to a local person who knows the market
You want an honest read, not a sales pitch
// Probably not what you need
You want a free audit — that's a paid service, starts after this call
You want someone to build something immediately with no scoping
You're looking for the cheapest possible option
You want automation built on a proprietary platform we can't maintain

Before You
Book the Call.

Is it really free? What's the catch?+
It's free. No catch. We invest 30 minutes because it's the most efficient way for us to determine whether we can actually help you — and if we can, what the right solution looks like. We'd rather have a real conversation than send you a 12-page PDF proposal that doesn't fit your situation. If you're not a good fit, we'll tell you and we both move on.
Who will I actually be speaking with?+
DeShea Witcher — founder of Ridgeline Automation. Not a sales rep. Not a junior account manager. The person on the call is the person who would scope, build, and maintain your automation. That's intentional. You get more useful information from the person doing the work than from someone reading a discovery script.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?+
Nothing formal. The most useful thing is to have a rough sense of the 2–3 tasks your team does most repeatedly — the stuff that happens every day or every week. But even if you come in unprepared, we'll find the opportunities through the conversation. That's what the call is for.
Is the call in person or on the phone?+
Typically phone or video call. For businesses in the Roanoke Valley who prefer to meet in person, we can arrange that — especially if it would help us understand your operation better. In-person is actually preferred for the paid discovery audit that follows if you decide to move forward.
What happens after the call if I want to move forward?+
If we're a good fit, the next step is the paid Workflow Discovery Audit — a 90-minute on-site session that maps every workflow in detail and delivers a written roadmap with ROI estimates. The audit fee is $750 flat, credited in full toward any build you proceed with. We'll explain this on the call so you know exactly what you're deciding.
How soon can I book a call?+
Submit the form and we'll respond within one business day with available slots. We typically have openings within 3–5 business days. If your situation is time-sensitive, mention that in the form and we'll prioritize.
