Know Exactly
Where You're
Losing Time.

Most business owners know they have manual work that could be automated. They just don't know which workflows to fix first, what it would cost, or what it's actually worth.

It starts with a free 30-minute call. If it's a fit, we come on-site and map everything — delivering a written roadmap with hard ROI numbers attached.

A Roadmap.
Not a Sales Pitch.

01
Full Workflow Map
A documented breakdown of every manual process we identify during the session — what triggers it, who does it, how long it takes, and how often. Most business owners are surprised by how much is in there.
02
Automation Opportunities
Every workflow that's a candidate for automation, ranked by ROI. We don't just list what could be automated — we tell you what's worth automating and what isn't, and explain why.
03
Hard ROI Estimates
Per-automation estimates of hours saved, labor cost eliminated, and projected payback period. Real numbers based on your actual workflows — not industry averages or ballpark guesses.
04
Build Recommendations
A prioritized sequence for which automations to build first, second, and third — based on ROI speed, implementation complexity, and your business's current capacity for change.
05
Stack Assessment
An assessment of your current tools — CRM, scheduling software, accounting platform, communication stack — and how they connect (or don't). We identify integration paths before we scope a build.
06
Written Report
Everything above in a clean written document delivered within 48 hours of the session. Formatted so you can share it with a business partner, office manager, or accountant. It's yours regardless of what you decide.

90 Minutes.
No Fluff.

// 0–10 min
Context & Goals
We start with a brief overview of your business — what you do, how many people you have, what your biggest operational frustrations are. We're not reading from a script. We're listening.
// 10–55 min
Workflow Walk-Through
We go through your day-to-day operations systematically — invoicing, scheduling, customer communication, reporting, onboarding, follow-up. You describe what happens; we map it and probe where the time goes. This is where most business owners start doing the math in their heads.
// 55–75 min
Stack Review
We look at the tools you're currently using — what they do well, where they're creating manual work, and what integration paths exist. We've worked with most platforms in use by Roanoke Valley businesses. If yours is unusual, we'll tell you upfront.
// 75–90 min
Preliminary Findings
We share our initial read on the biggest opportunities before we leave — so you're not waiting on the written report to know if the session was valuable. Most clients leave with a clear sense of their top two or three priorities.
// Within 48hrs
Written Roadmap Delivered
The full written report lands in your inbox — workflow map, automation opportunities, ROI estimates, prioritized build recommendations, and stack assessment. Clean, readable, shareable.

Fair Questions.
Straight Answers.

Why do I need to pay for the audit if the discovery call is free?
The discovery call tells us if we're a fit. The paid audit is where we do the real work — walking your operation, mapping every workflow, and producing a written document with hard ROI numbers. That deliverable has standalone value. Some clients take the roadmap and implement it themselves. Some hand it to another resource. Most hire us to build it.
What if the paid audit doesn't find anything worth automating?
We'll tell you on the free discovery call first — before you pay anything. If the ROI case clearly isn't there, we say so in that first 30 minutes. We won't take $750 from a business that isn't a good fit.
I already know what I want automated. Do I need both steps?
Maybe not. If you have a clearly defined workflow, a known tool stack, and a specific outcome — reach out and describe it. We'll tell you whether we can scope it directly and skip straight to a build. The discovery process is for owners who aren't sure where to start.
How is this different from a big consulting firm?
A big firm charges $5,000–$15,000 for a process assessment, takes six weeks, and hands you a 40-page PDF. We charge $750, come on-site, deliver in 48 hours, and we're the ones who build it — no translation layer between discovery and execution.
What if I decide not to build after the paid audit?
You keep the roadmap. It's yours. Several clients have come back 6–12 months later and built exactly what the audit recommended. The roadmap doesn't expire — and neither does the $750 credit toward a build.
What if I'm not ready to commit to anything yet?
The discovery call costs you 30 minutes and nothing else. You'll know whether automation makes sense for your business before you decide anything. That's exactly what it's designed for.

$750 vs.
Doing Nothing.

The most common outcome from a Discovery Audit is a business owner realizing they've been losing $2,000–$4,000/month in labor costs to workflows they assumed were just "part of running the business."

The audit doesn't cost $750. Doing nothing costs $24,000–$48,000 a year. The free discovery call is how we find out which number applies to your business. The paid audit is how we prove it with hard numbers.

More Questions.

Do you come to my location or is this done remotely?+
On-site, always. The best workflow discoveries happen when we're walking the actual operation — seeing your screen, your paper processes, your desk setup. Remote sessions miss too much. We serve the entire Roanoke Valley and New River Valley; travel is included at no extra charge.
Who should be in the room for the session?+
The business owner or operations lead, and ideally the person who does the most manual work day-to-day. That's often an office manager, admin, or practice manager. The person closest to the actual workflows gives us the most accurate picture. You don't need your whole team — two or three people is ideal.
How soon can I book a session?+
We typically schedule within 5–7 business days of the booking. Availability varies by week — submit the form and we'll send you available dates within one business day.
What do I need to prepare before the session?+
Nothing formal. The most useful thing is to jot down the 3–5 tasks your team does most repeatedly — the stuff that happens every day or every week without fail. But even if you come in unprepared, we'll find it. That's what the session is for.
Is the $750 audit fee refundable?+
The fee isn't refundable — the audit produces a written deliverable that took real time to produce. What we guarantee: if the free discovery call doesn't reveal a strong ROI case, we'll tell you before you book the paid audit. You will never be surprised by an empty roadmap because we vet the fit on the front end.
What industries do you cover?+
We've worked across healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, trade contractors, retail, and nonprofits. The audit methodology works for any business that has repeatable operational processes — which is essentially every business. If you're unsure whether your industry is a fit, reach out and describe your operation. We'll tell you honestly.
